Muay Thai Show

Muay Thai Show

Muay Thai Show

Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing, is one of the oldest martial arts in the world.

Although there are professionals who date it as a martial art with more than 2,000 years of history, it is believed that it was during the thirteenth century when it began to evolve for use by Thai soldiers in the defense of the country. It became a sport throughout the seventeenth century.

Nowadays the norms have been evolving and gloves are used for a greater protection of the opponents. In the Muay Thai can be used all the limbs, admitting blows of fists, legs, elbows and knees.
Attend a match

We believe that attending a Muay Thai event is a must-experience for any sports-loving traveler. The atmosphere around the ring is spectacular: the music, the fans and the bookmakers contribute to create a movie atmosphere.

Although there are several small stadiums where battles are held almost daily, the two main stadiums are Lumpini and Ratchadamnoen:

  • Lumpini Stadium: Rama IV Road, Bangkok. Subway: Lumpini.
  • Ratchadamnoen Stadium: Ratchadamnoen Nok Avenue, Bangkok.

A different experience

If in addition to attending a real Muay Thai fight you want to enjoy the best choreography of this martial art, we recommend you to attend the show Muay Thai Live, the perfect mix between history and sport. This option is ideal for those who are more curious than fanatics.
